I found this home treatment for cold sores with bleach. The information is believed to have been sent in by a real cold sore sufferer. It sounds scarry to me. I have not tested it myself and it sound too painful to do it. Just to share the information with you. Another painful home remedies for cold sores. Procedure
1. Gently apply bleach with a cotton ball to the cold sore ares.
2. Then hold a wet green tea bag on the site
3. Next soak a Centrum multi-vitamin tablet, crush it into paste and apply for 20 minutes
4. Then you end up with a scab so put some cream on it.
Repeat this procedure until the cold sore is fully healed. I have no idea how long does it take to heal. I guess should be between one to two weeks.
